The upscale community of FishHawk Ranch is always one that is continually trying to outdo itself. This constant effort towards perfection has led to The Preserve at FishHawk Ranch which is the community’s most recent development. The Preserve is part of the Phase III development that began with Starling but which shifted to The Preserve which is ongoing.

The homes in The Preserve begin from the low $500,000s and only go up from there with a target of 61 units destined to be built. The community is a gated community and is surrounded completely by conservation land which is integrated into more than 25 miles of nature trails that wend their way through all of FishHawk Ranch. This community rests to the west of Phase III’s Starling community and to the north of Phase II on the opposite side of FishHawk Blvd.
There are a total of seven custom home builders that are approved to build homes in The Preserve which include Ashton Woods Homes, Cardel Homes, David Weekley Homes, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Homes by John C. Fowke, Homes by WestBay and Sabal Homes.
Residents of The Preserve have access to Starling’s amenities such as the Starling Club via a boardwalk. FishHawk Ranch as a whole covers a large area which means that different neighborhoods in the community are zoned for different schools and The Preserve is no different. The Preserve’s residents are zoned for Stowers Elementary School, Barrington Middle School and Newsome High School.
Just as with FishHawk Ranch’s other neighborhoods, The Preserve benefits from its close proximity to The Shops at FishHawk Ranch which includes a Publix and other shops in the area such as an Outback Steakhouse, a Beef O’Brady’s and a Walgreens among others.
